At LUMIACITY, each jewelry piece is crafted with precision and care. We hope you adore your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition
In the original packaging, including jewelry box and tags
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate jewelry cannot be returned once tried on.

Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Haven’t received your refund?

Check your bank or PayPal account again, then contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.

Exchanges

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please email our support team with your order details and photos of the issue before sending anything back.

Do not ship your return until you receive confirmation and a return address from our team.

Shipping & Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Gift Orders

For gifted items shipped directly to you, approved returns will be issued as store credit. If the order was marked as a gift by the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
